From Hospitality to UX Design
Before becoming a UX designer, I spent years creating high-touch experiences in the Virgin Islands and the Bahamas—from managing an upscale restaurant to working as a solo stewardess aboard an 83-foot catamaran. Those experiences taught me how to anticipate needs, build trust, and create thoughtful experiences under pressure.
